This beautiful bath features polished ceramic calacutta tile flooring, with back splash wall behind the free-standing soaking tub centered on the large windows. The warm wood vanity is finished with quartz countertops, double sinks, and black fixtures. The spa tile shower has a wood-look tile feature wall, rain head, stone seat, mosaic floor, and polished tile walls. This bathroom is great representation of the growing trend of bring warm woods and earth tones into homes, that we've been seeing in the last year.

This is an 1 bedroom ADU unit attached to an existing home. It features a beautiful tile shower with African walnut bench seat and shelf along with a matching vanity top. The wood was brought in through the kitchen as well for the counter tops and backsplash as well as at the fireplace mantle. The total SF of the living area is 1,000sf . The space is warm and contemporary with the black fixtures and black interior doors and a very spacious bedroom. The exterior of the home fits perfectly with the original house and boost additional garage space for both the ADU and the home owners.

They envisioned a true master suite overlooking the Black River and a cohesive modernization of the home’s structure, exterior, and key living spaces. Blanc & Bailey Construction approached the renovation with a balance of historic sensitivity and major structural upgrades, ultimately delivering a complete transformation. The project began with extensive exterior reconstruction. The entire back portion of the home—compromised by age and structural deficiencies—was demolished.

This home is a working farm, held within a family for three generations. The current owners actively farm while they raise their three children. The home hadn't been updated for a long time and they needed to add on and update the first floor to meet their needs. Architecture as done by Hidden Architecture, interior design by Holly Gagne Interior Design. We added an addition for the kitchen and screen porch, perfomed extensive interior renovation structurally and cosemetically to the existing interior space, and removed and relocated the stair case to the basement to facilitate a new floor plan to the existing space.

This living room called for a transformation that felt both inviting and unforgettable—a space that would balance sophistication with warmth. We began by reimagining the outdated fireplace, introducing elegantly tailored paneling that frames the hearth with quiet grandeur. A discreet, custom-designed door- undetectable behind paneling, was seamlessly integrated to store firewood, adding a functional yet charming element. The original green marble was replaced with Taj Mahal marble, its soft veining lending a sense of refined luxury. With the architectural envelope refreshed, we reworked the molding to complement the room’s new aesthetic.

This project, located in Deerfield, New Hampshire, was thoughtfully completed to support a multigenerational family’s goal of living together on one property. The primary residence is now home to the family's children and grandchildren enabling them to provide direct care and support to their handicapped son within a familiar and connected environment. Meanwhile, the parents have moved into a newly constructed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located in the backyard—offering privacy, comfort, and proximity to their loved ones.

This customer wanted to enhance their yard and gardens in order to host a wedding. Their vision included smaller patios connected by walkways, three retaining walls, a double row sitting/retaining wall around outside of new 16" circle patio, a pond, included snow melt mats under pavers, custom granite wall and capstones. Also, included was a low voltage lighting system that included under caps, pathway lighting, waterfall lighting, and up lighting.

The Rapids on Cocheco in Rochester, NH is a newly constructed 52-unit affordable housing community owned and managed by Elm Grove Companies and EGCon. The property provides one- and two-bedroom apartments for households earning between 20% and 80% of the area median income, pairing long-term affordability with high-quality living.

This Bathroom was the biggest transformation in a hundred square-foot space to date. Every piece is unique - the bathtub is made of micro cement (over an acrylic tub) and came from Lithuania, the wall tiles were hand crafted in Morocco, a shou sugi ban (Japanese charred wood) accent wall, brushed nickel hand- hammered sink and a beautiful mahogany mirror, skillfully crafted by the client, round out the design

Barrett Hill is a Net Zero Energy duplex project located in Hudson NH. The objective of this project was to deliver market rate, attainably priced net zero energy efficient homes. Barrett Hills addresses the gap between between highly subsidized 'green housing' and the luxury energy efficient home segments. The homes are designed to the Passive House standard and certified as Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready .

What began as a tired rental property was transformed into a beautifully curated lakeside retreat for its new owners. One of the home’s most sentimental features is a hand-painted mural by a local artist in the bathroom. It lovingly captures the clients’ favorite lake spots—childhood summer homes, Wolfeboro’s downtown, family boats, and their children playing on the shore. The emotional impact was immediate; the clients were moved to tears.

Perched on the shores of Newfound Lake, this lakeside retreat is a haven for its family and their guests. The timber frame construction is the foundation for the home's rustic elegance. Expansive porches, decks and deep rooflines offer both architectural drama and welcoming warmth. The siting of the home on the property and its landscape compliments the uniqueness of the natural environment all the while leading its guests to the lake. Interior finishes were chosen to be sophisticated yet rugged enough to maintain their character for years to come.

This custom kitchen was constructed for a client in the 56-home community of Parson Woods, Portsmouth, NH and includes many unique features. This kitchen includes Thermador appliances, with significant wine storage in the column fridge and under counter wine fridge. The floor to ceiling cabinets provide plenty of storage and are a mix of bright whites and deep blue stain toned cabinetry. The back splash extends from the countertops to the ceiling, and is a mix of Calcutta gold quartz stone on the range wall, and soft blue glossed subway tiles on the exterior wall.

This master bath was built for a client in the Parson Woods community in Portsmouth, NH and features a double vanity, custom tile shower, soaking tub, powder closet, and beautiful natural light. The custom tile work in this bath includes a Carrara mosaic pattern on the bath floor, hexagon tile shower floor, polished stuatuario wall tile, and subway blue gloss accent tile in the niche. The vanity features a soft blue stain cabinet, vessel sinks, ornate decorative mirrors, and callacuta gold countertops.

A stunning cedar ceiling runs continuously across the kitchen and living room, integrating recessed lighting, acoustical treatments, and mechanical systems through concealed channels. The space opens to the pool via a dramatic 28-foot Andersen multi-panel stacker door, supported by air curtains that maintain interior climate control while allowing uninterrupted indoor–outdoor flow.

The vision for this project was to craft a dreamy, vacation-inspired sanctuary that seamlessly blended outdoor living with the refined comfort of a newly constructed pool house. Every selection—inside and out—was chosen to evoke a sense of effortless luxury, while remaining exceptionally durable and user-friendly. Chlorine- and fade-resistant fabrics allow the furnishings to withstand both sun and splash, ensuring beauty that lasts season after season. Instead of traditional screens, we incorporated an innovative Air Curtain system, creating the magical sensation of being fully outdoors while enjoying the conveniences of a sophisticated interior space.

We did a full gut/remodel of a circa 1800 4 bedroom / 3-1/2 bathroom home in North Hampton, approximately 4,000 sqft. Project included upgrading the shell of the home to a double wall thermal break framing system, approx R30 wall insulation and installation of triple pane Marvin Ultimate windows throughout creating a modern high efficiency dwelling. The remodel included reframing floor systems, stairways, dropping two chimneys, and installing a new masonry chimney. All new mechanicals were installed.
